This is the Privacy Policy of ABC Advertising LTD t/a Raze (“Raze”, the “Company”, "we," "us" or "our"), a company incorporated in England and Wales (company number: 13772920) whose registered address is at Sustainable Workspaces, County Hall, Belvedere Road, London, SE19 2AB.

Our privacy policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information in relation to our mobile application (the “App”) and website which can be accessed at https://www.raze-app.com/ (the “Website”). We collect this information when you visit our website, sign-up for a Raze Account and / or use our App.

We process your information in accordance with the UK General Data Privacy Regulation (the “GDPR”), GDPR-related legislation and other relevant privacy legislation. Our privacy policy applies to all visitors, users and all others who access the website and all users of the app (“Users”).

WHAT TYPE OF INFO DO WE COLLECT?

We collect the following information you provide with us directly:

• Your email address when you sign up to our newsletter or for a Raze Account

• Your name, password, date of birth gender and advertiser ID when you sign up for Raze Account

• Your address information when you order a Raze Bag

• Other profile information that you provide for convenience, such as your favourite brands

• Communications between you and Raze, for example when sharing feedback or contacting us via our app or website

Additionally, we collect the following information automatically, through your device or browser when using the Website or App:

• Server Logs - we automatically store information about your usage behavior across both our website and app, including your IP address, browser / device type, browser version / type, which version of the app you are using and how you earn and spend your coins

• Analytics Data - we use Google Analytics and Firebase SDK to capture and view event data in relation to your browsing and in-app activity, including but not limited to your IP address, device type and operating system, referring URLs, location and the content you view or URLs visited

• We use this information to understand how users engage with our services and improve our in-app and website experience.

3.  Your Location Data:

When you set out on your first promotion via our App, we will ask you to share your location. In future, unless you choose to remove this consent, our App will identify and capture your location automatically during each promotion. 

We use your location to work out how many people have seen your promotion and award you with Raze Coins. We do not collect your location outside of a promotion and only use this information for the purpose of rewarding you with the correct number of Coins.

We store location data to review route information to learn more about how far our users travel, how often they use a Raze Bag and how long journeys last. We use this information to help customers where they experience issues with the app and to improve our product, such as to inform improvements to our Bags.

Cookies are a small file that is stored on your device. It can allow us and other third-parties recognise the device and store some information about the user’s preferences or past actions.

We use cookies across our website and app to understand how you use our services (analytics) and to provide personalised advertising services (marketing).

Analytics cookies like Google Analytics collect information such as your IP address, device type and operating system, referring URLs, location and pages visited. We use this information to get a better understanding of how our users engage with the different sections of the Website and App and to improve the user experience.

We use third-party marketing cookies to provide personalised advertising services. These cookies recognise you across platforms and are used to show you ads on certain platforms that are relevant and useful to you, based on your previous browsing activity.

We currently use cookies from the following platforms:

HOW DO WE USE YOUR DATA?

We use all of the information we have to help us maintain and improve the App and Website and for the following purposes in particular:

• to remember information so that you won’t have to log in each time you access our App or Website;

• to make it more convenient to use our App or improve your in-app experience;

• to show you personalised and useful ads across different platforms;

• to monitor internally and report to our brand partners (when aggregated) on data, such as but not limited to: 

• the number of promotions completed;

• the expected views on a particular ad over a period;

• the amount of engagement with brand offers

• to monitor, diagnose and fix technical issues

• to help answer user queries or solve problems

• to serve you push notifications that may improve your experience

We may also use your information to send you marketing emails and other promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving such communications from us by clicking on the “unsubscribe“ link in the email correspondence or by emailing us at hello@raze-app.com.

You can also opt-out of receiving push notifications from us at any time by changing your preferences in the notifications settings area of your device.

HOW IS YOUR INFORMATION SHARED?

We do not sell your information to third parties.

We may disclose information about you to any of our directors, officers, employees, suppliers, advisers, agents or subcontractors as is reasonably necessary for purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

In addition, we may also provide your personal information to:

• to analytics providers that help us improve the Website, App and / or performance marketing;

• to the providers of in-app functionality that enables us to deliver actions, such as push notificaitons;

• to suppliers involved in the manufacturing and delivery of our Bags;

• to email marketing and customer relationship management (CRM) service providers to send you relevant informational and marketing communications

• to Advertising platforms or networks that help us show you personalised advertising;

• to the extent that we are required to do so by any regulation or law, or the rules of any governmental or regulatory body;

• in connection with any current or prospective legal proceedings;

• in order to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights; and

• to the purchaser (or prospective purchaser) of any business or asset that we are (or are contemplating) selling or any advisers or agents involved as reasonably necessary with a transaction of this type
